Types of agreements

We typically work with clients in one of two ways:

Managed Services

Under a managed services agreement, you specify how many users All My Tech Needs is responsible for and the level of service. Services can be customized to your needs. We will take care of all the users tech needs. A managed services agreement offers you peace of mind, since we’ll be monitoring and maintaining systems on a regular basis.

Hourly rates

One-off, special projects can be handled on an hourly basis. Examples include ordering and installing new computers, making significant network changes, upgrading your backup system, etc.
