Tech support

Knowledgeable, experienced advice on troubleshooting issues and planning software and hardware upgrades, for individual users, file servers, network/WiFi, or phone systems. We proactively schedule software upgrades so that you stay safe and can continue working. Services may be provided remotely or in person.


Security

When you sign up for our service, we will install a suite of software (anti-virus, backup, password manager) on each of your computers. We will monitor each computer to ensure they are installed and working properly. If there are problems, we will be alerted and will either take care of the issue or contact you to work through the issue until it is resolved. We provide detailed disaster recovery and ransomware protocols for our clients.


Communication

You can always report issues through our ticketing system, which allows you to monitor progress on the issue. Our technicians are also directly available by phone and email as necessary. We are excellent at providing step-by-step, plain English guides for your reference.
